Music production for Viva Lion, the folk project of Daniele Cardinale, up to “Vestina Hardcore”, a five-song EP released in June 2024.
Viva Lion is Daniele Cardinale’s solo project. In 2009 he moved to Canada and left the indie scene to devote himself to folk. The collaboration on the project has covered music production and sound engineering, up to the music production of “Vestina Hardcore”, the EP released on 14 June 2024 by Primrose Music and Flipper Music.
The best will be coming next.
“Vestina Hardcore” gathers five songs written by Daniele Cardinale: “Cadanita”, “Martina, Present Days”, “Recognition”, “Se Te Ne Te” and “Up Here”. The videos stay close to home in Abruzzo: “Se Te Ne Te” was filmed in San Demetrio Ne’ Vestini, and the lyric video for “Recognition” is built from footage Cardinale shot with a camera trap in the woods.
