Shirley Temple? recorded “Here Comes The Cliché” in the alt-metal years, but the album never came out, and the only surviving copies of the recordings were mp3 files. In 2026 those files became the starting point to rebuild the album from scratch, giving a record that had never been released a second life.
An album that never saw the light.
Heavy, low-tuned guitars and crushing grooves channel 2000s nu-metal, with energetic bass riffs, turntable scratches and male vocals that swing from explosive rage and screams to distorted melancholy. The restoration starts from compressed files of the period: AI separated the instruments out of the old mp3s, then the real work began. Bass and guitars were re-amped, the vocals reworked, and every drum hit reinforced with modern sounds, until the album sounded the way it was meant to.
